Relentless Freefrom: Local will award four UK-based music collectives grants of up to £5,000 each to support the delivery of independently produced, Relentless-backed events. Applications must be submitted via the Freeform website and are open to UK-based nights & collectives aged 18+. Applications are open to all but due to the campaign’s regional focus, priority will be given to collectives based outside of London. Event budgets will be administered by Kingdom Collective on behalf of Relentless in collaboration with the selected nights/collectives. Funding is restricted to approved event-related costs. Applications open 10:00 on April 20th and close 23:59 May 22nd. Final selection will be made by Girls Don’t Sync and Relentless, and standard programme terms and conditions apply under the laws of England and Wales. 1. Promoter
The Relentless Freeform Promotion (the “Programme”) is organised and operated by Kingdom Collective, 1 Finsbury Market, London, EC2A 2BN (the “Promoter”), on behalf of Relentless.
2. Overview
Relentless Freeform is offering four (4) UK DJ collectives the opportunity to create and deliver their own Relentless-backed event, supported by funding of up to £5,000 per selected collective (the “Grant”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Programme is open to:
- UK-based DJs, DJ collectives, promoters, and music communities.
3.2 Applicants must:
- Be aged eighteen (18) years or over at the date of application;
- Be residents of the United Kingdom; and
- Submit an application via the Freeform website at www.relentlessfreeform.com (the “Website”).
3.3 Priority consideration may be given to applicants based outside Greater London.
3.4 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subcontractors, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Programme, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to apply.
4. Programme Period
4.1 The Programme opens at 10:00 (BST) on 20 April 2026 (the “Opening Date”).
4.2 The Programmes closes at 23:59 (BST) on 22 May 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
4.3 All times and dates refer to Great Britain time.
5. Entry Requirements
5.1 Applicants must:
- Complete the application form on the Relentless Freeform Website; and
- Provide all requested information accurately.
5.2 Submission of an application confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Applications generated through automated means, scripts, or bots will be disqualified.
5.4 Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
6. Selection Process
6.1 Applications will be reviewed by the Promoter together with Girls Don’t Sync.
6.2 Applications will be assessed based on:
- Creativity
- Feasibility
- Community impact
- Regional representation
6.3 Applicants may be contacted for preliminary interview(s) before final selection.
6.3 Up to four (4) applicants will be selected (the “Selected Collectives”).
6.4 The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Grant Funding
7.1 Each Selected Collective will receive event support funding of up to £5,000.
7.2 The Grant:
- Includes all fees and production support;
- Is allocated solely toward approved event costs; and
- Will not be issued as a direct cash payment.
7.3 Budgets will be administered and managed by Kingdom Collective on behalf of Relentless in collaboration with the Selected Collectives.
7.4 Funding is subject to approval of a mutually agreed event budget.
8. Selected Collective Responsibilities
Before funding and event planning commence, Selected Collectives must:
a) Sign a separate written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and participation requirements;
b) Deliver their event within agreed timelines;
c) Comply with all applicable laws, licences, safety regulations, and venue requirements;
d) Incorporate agreed Relentless branding and promotional elements; and
e) Provide post-event documentation and reporting as reasonably requested.
Failure to comply may result in withdrawal of support.
9. Notification
9.1 Selected Collectives will be notified via the email address provided in their application within a reasonable period following the Closing Date.
9.2 If a selected applicant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative applicant.
10. Marketing and Publicity
10.1 By submitting an application, applicants agree that submitted materials and resulting event content may be used by the Promoter and Relentless for promotional and marketing purposes.
10.2 Selected Collectives may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Programme.
11. Programme Administration
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
- amend the format of the Programme;
- postpone or cancel the Programme; or
- substitute elements of support where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2 The Promoter may refuse or withdraw participation where an applicant:
- breaches these Terms;
- provides false information; or
- becomes ineligible.
12. Liability
12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme.
12.3 Selected Collectives remain responsible for compliance with all event legal requirements.
13. Data Protection
Applicants’ personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Programme and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
14. General
14.1 Internet access is required to apply. No costs associated with entry will be reimbursed.
14.2 Applicants are advised to retain a copy of these Terms for reference.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Applicants may bring proceedings in English courts, or Scottish courts where applicable under consumer law.
